Effective August 21, 2026. This Disclaimer is incorporated into the Terms of Service of ITERFORGE AI LTD. In the event of a conflict, the Terms control.
1. Scope
This Disclaimer applies to access to and use of ideavibes.ai, dashboard.ideavibes.ai, and related services (the "Services") operated by ITERFORGE AI LTD. ("Ideavibes AI," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, with an office at 307-12339 Steveston Hwy, Richmond, BC V6W 0B4, Canada. It is intended to be read together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Intended use
The Services are intended solely for lawful, safe, and constructive software creation, including planning, generating, reviewing, and deploying software. The Services are not a substitute for independent professional judgment. You remain solely responsible for determining whether any use of the Services is appropriate for your circumstances.
3. Responsibility for materials and Output
You are solely responsible for ideas, prompts, instructions, content, code, applications, workflows, and other materials you submit, generate, deploy, or make available through the Services, including AI-generated output ("Output"). We may assist with planning, generation, review, and deployment. You shall review, validate, test, and determine that Output is accurate, secure, compliant, and lawful before you rely on it or make it available to others.
4. Prohibited use
You shall not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, violent, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, exploitative, or unauthorized purpose. Without limitation, you shall not request, generate, or deploy materials involving violence, harassment, hate, scams, malware, unauthorized access, privacy violations, infringement of intellectual property, financial fraud, child sexual exploitation or abuse, or any other activity that violates applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
5. Enforcement
We may refuse, restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate any request, project, account, content, workflow, Output, or use of the Services that we reasonably believe is unsafe, unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, unauthorized, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended use of the Services. We may take such further action as we reasonably consider appropriate, including reporting to competent authorities where required by law and pursuing available legal remedies.
6. No professional advice
Output does not constitute legal, financial, medical, security, compliance, or other professional advice. You shall obtain advice from a qualified professional where appropriate. Use of the Services in medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical contexts is at your sole risk.
7. No warranty as to results
Use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that Output will be error-free, complete, secure, production-ready, or fit for any particular purpose. Additional disclaimers and limitations of liability are set out in the Terms of Service.
8. Public Work
Public Work, as defined in Section 5 of the Terms of Service, is subject to the unconditional license granted therein for showcases and proof. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits that license. A subsequent restriction of public access to a project does not require us to delete or cease use of showcase materials obtained while the work was Public Work.
